1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of MatchPage, a platform operated by DAAI2Zero Technology Ltd ("we", "us", "MatchPage"). By using MatchPage, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

MatchPage provides sports clubs with a hosted website and dashboard for managing fixtures, results, squad information, news, and sponsor content. We host your club site on a subdomain of matchpage.co.uk.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One club account per organisation — do not create duplicate clubs
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have permission from a parent or guardian

4. Founding club pricing

Founding clubs pay £19.99 per month or £199 per year. This founding price is locked in for as long as your club remains an active subscriber. If your subscription lapses for more than 90 days, the founding price guarantee may no longer apply.

5. Content and conduct

You are responsible for all content you upload to MatchPage. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Use the platform for any purpose other than managing a legitimate sports club
• Attempt to access other clubs' data or accounts
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (club crests, logos, images, text). By uploading content, you grant MatchPage a licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of your club website. The MatchPage platform, design, and code remain our intellectual property.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep MatchPage available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will try to give reasonable notice for planned downtime. Support is provided via email.

8. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us
• Upon cancellation, your club site will be taken offline
• We will retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted

9. Limitation of liability

MatchPage is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of MatchPage after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
